Colli Construction Group was founded by Christopher Colli, a seasoned builder with over two decades of experience in managing high-end residential and commercial projects. After years of overseeing complex builds across Florida, Christopher saw a need for a more personal, hands-on approach to home renovation and construction in Southwest Florida. Drawing on his background in project management, design coordination, and quality craftsmanship, he built a company centered on integrity, communication, and precision. Today, Colli Construction Group proudly serves homeowners throughout Naples, Sarasota, Fort Myers, and Tampa Bay, transforming spaces with the same care, creativity, and attention to detail that have defined Christopher’s career from the start.
Chris relocated to Naples and began taking on renovation and remodel projects, focusing on quality work and honest client relationships.
Colli Construction Group officially launched with an emphasis on residential renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor living projects across Naples and Collier County.
The company expanded to serve more of Southwest Florida — including Sarasota, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers — completing dozens of remodels and earning repeat clients through referrals.
To better serve clients, Colli Construction introduced a digital design and communication portal, providing real-time progress updates, 3D previews, and simplified decision-making tools.
